Omniturm Frankfurt
Since its completion in September 2019, the Omniturm, an impressive 190-metre-high office and residential building in the heart of Frankfurt's banking district, has made its mark on the Frankfurt skyline in a very special way. This extraordinary project was realised by the renowned and multi-award-winning Danish architect Bjarke Ingels. A striking architectural feature of the Omniturm is the so-called "hip curve" halfway up the building. This spiral-shaped axial shift from the centre not only gives the tower a unique aesthetic, but also creates spacious terraces for the living area, which is located between the 16th and 22nd floors. RONAL Bathrooms was involved in fitting out an exclusive show apartment in the Omniturm for potential buyers. Particularly noteworthy is the high-quality RONAL shower enclosure PUR (one-piece hinged door with fixed panel), which was perfectly integrated into the modern design of the bathroom using a side panel with a cut-out. This PUR shower enclosure from RONAL is an excellent example of how innovative design and practical functionality can be harmoniously combined.
