RONAL Bathrooms is systematically developing its management structure to successfully shape the next phase of its international growth. Against the backdrop of increasing technological demands, growing digitalization, and rising complexity in processes, quality, and IT, the group management is being strengthened both structurally and in terms of content.

As of January 1, 2026, Michael Kleber joins the group management of RONAL Bathrooms as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this newly created role, the company's technical, digital, and quality-related management functions are being bundled and clearly anchored at the executive level for the first time.

The goal is to strengthen technological expertise and operational excellence across the organization and lay the foundation for further sustainable growth. With the introduction of the CTO role into the management structure with Olivier Gunther (COO) and Sebastian Hainz (CSO), RONAL Bathrooms is setting a clear, focused and future-oriented course.
